Used plastic=fantastic

The supply chain of the plastic water bottle does not end at the end of the production process, but at the end of use by consumers. It would of course be fantastic if we could give new value to end-of-use Dopper bottles. To do so we need to know how to collect those Dopper bottles, so we create a new bottle or design another product from them. It is important that for instance transport and reproduction does not cause more environmental damage than the current value chain.

For the production of a new product line we need some 1000 kilograms of material. A Dopper bottle weighs 64 grams, so that means almost 16000 bottles. Of those bottles we could then make about 1400 new bottles. Do you have smart ideas? And do you know the cost or saving, both financially and environmentally?
